Morgan Mack

Supervising Senior Associate – Class Action Lawsuits and Litigation Division

Morgan is a seasoned, dedicated advocate for clients, specializing in representing employees in major class action lawsuits. Morgan has secured significant verdicts and settlements for deserving clients across the United States.

With over two decades of experience navigating disputes in state and federal trial and appellate courts, Morgan brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Supervising Senior Associate for Harmssen LaPointe’s Class Action Lawsuit and Litigation Division. A graduate of the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of Law) in San Francisco, Morgan honed his skills at two esteemed law firms before establishing his own successful practice at Lazear Mack. Now, as part of the Harmssen LaPointe team, Morgan serves as a class action specialist in key labor and employment litigation throughout California and the Ninth Circuit.

Morgan has successfully championed workers’ rights in “David and Goliath” challenges against some of California’s largest and most formidable employers. His areas of expertise include wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, discrimination and harassment, and securing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities in the workplace.

Rejecting a one-size-fits-all approach, Morgan addresses the unique needs of each client, providing meticulous attention and tailored solutions to address their specific circumstances.

While Morgan focuses his practice primarily on plaintiffs’ side litigation, Morgan defends employers against claims and charges brought by employees before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), California Civil Rights Department (CRD), and other federal, state, and administrative agencies throughout the U.S. Relying on his wealth of knowledge from his many years of practice, Morgan advises businesses on best practices in all areas of employment law. Morgan’s extensive experience on the plaintiff’s side provides him with a distinct advantage in defending and advising employers by virtue of his unique ability to anticipate the opposition’s next moves and strategize accordingly.

When he is outside the courtroom, Morgan enjoys hiking, biking, and one wheeling with his wife and two boys in Marin County, California. Morgan embodies all the core values of Harmssen LaPointe, with a generous sense of humor, unparalleled emotional intelligence, and an actual personality, all of which fortify his ability to bond with his clients and obtain the best possible outcome on their behalf and counterbalance his questionable decision to pursue a legal career.
